BMW – Mobile car configurator app

Project summary

We partnered with BMW Canada to revamp their mobile car configurator app. The previous app was leaving users frustrated with the slow response times and protracted car quoting time. With our expertise in Angular and streamlined workflows, we transformed the existing application, resulting in a robust and efficient mobile app and mobile website.

The Strategy

Our main focus was efficiency and user experience. We leveraged the power of Angular to optimise the vehicle workflow. As a result, we effectively took the car quoting time down from a lengthy 20 minutes per vehicle to just over four minutes (assuming user viewed all configuration options). This dramatic 463%+ increase in speed led to higher customer satisfaction and a substantial improvement in the overall user experience.
